How long will it take to receive my order?

All online orders are shipped free using USPS First Class Mail. This method takes about 3-4 business days to arrive once it is shipped. Please allow up to 2 business days for us to prepare all orders for shipment. You will be emailed a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Expedited/upgraded shipping is also available at checkout. 

We offer free local delivery for customers located in close proximity to our studio. If your address qualifies for local delivery, the option will be available to you at checkout. Please allow up to 2 business days for our team to deliver your order to your home. You will be notified by email when your order is being processed and again as soon as your order is delivered to your home.

This is a gift. Do you gift wrap?

Every jewelry order is delivered in a gift box or gift bag, ready to be given as a gift to someone special, even if that special someone is yourself. Prices are not listed on the packing list that is included with your order. If you would like to add a gift message or if you are ordering multiple gifts and need additional gift boxes or gift bags, please let us know in the notes section or your shopping cart during checkout.

 

How do I care for my jewelry?

For best care after wear, clean jewelry with a soft cloth and store individually in small plastic bags, like the one included with your purchase. This will help to prevent any tarnishing. Tarnish can be easily cleaned with a jewelry polishing cloth. We offer the same polishing cloths we love and use, here

Jewelry materials that should not get wet: Leather, or elastic (any stretch bracelet).

What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% in love with your purchase! If you are not happy with your order please return within 14 days from purchase date for a full refund. Once item is received, your refund will be issued within 5 business days. If there are any discrepancies with your order please contact us as soon as you receive your order. Custom pieces are non-returnable (ie. custom orders, custom stamped jewelry, engraved jewelry, etc.)
